The interior of the maisonette apartment in Dolní Břežany near Prague is designed with the technical and rational nature of the owner in mind. The proposal was undertaken by Ing. Jindřich Vintr from the Beligi Design studio. The space is dominated by elements made of black lacquered expanded metal and steel in combination with oak wood and gray screeds in imitation of exposed concrete. The apartment underwent a complete renovation, while the emphasis was placed on a uniform functional appearance of the interior and an efficient solution for storage spaces.
