Fortius 52 door and concealed frame concept We have developed it with the aim of offering architects and investors modern door frame and door solutions of above-standard quality.

We focused on finding the ideal design and materials that would ensure exceptional strength of the frame and door.

This is a comprehensive product "hidden frame - door" that allows you to choose reliable solution for every project.
Unique solid construction of hidden door frames made of T6060 aluminum alloy with specially controlled processing and optimal level of mechanical properties T66, guarantees strength and long-lasting quality, the door does not twist even after prolonged use.
Door thickness of 52mm combined with robust construction ensures long-term strength of the door leaf. Thanks to the massiveness of the whole construction, it is possible to apply optional elements - hidden self-closing devices, door stops, electric opening, etc.
Passage height can be up to 3500mm, with or without lintel, with transom or slope.
The thickness of the MDF surface boards is 6 mm instead of the usual 3mm, which can withstand not only spraying or decals, but also more demanding decorating.
It is practically available infinite surface variability doors – from natural veneer to surfaces ready for painting or decorating.
The doors are treated on all sides (not just the visible edge), which ensures higher resistance in humid areas.
Easier and faster assembly – the entire structure of the FORTIUS 52 hidden door frame is delivered assembled and equipped with protective elements for easy installation.

Thanks to the door thickness of 52mm, it is possible to apply optional extras – hidden self-closers and door stops, as well as electric opening.

Door leaves for concealed door frames DORSIS consist of a solid solid frame in combination with a 6mm thick MDF board (a competitive advantage, most manufacturers offer a thickness of only 3mm). Highly durable polyurethane door lacquer with a gloss of 20%. Innovative 5-layer lacquering technology, which is environmentally friendly. For maximum durability of the door edges, the main visible edge is made of 1mm thick ABS material, for easy painting it is provided with a layer of base primer.

Hidden door frames and doors are a perfect and functional element of modern interiors that embrace the trend of minimalism and design purity. The door frames are hidden in the wall, the doors are flush with the wall, and one has the opportunity to enjoy the overall harmony and aesthetics of the interior.

The aesthetics of living are not influenced by individual elements separately, but by the overall harmony between them. Our concept of doors with a hidden frame does not require dominance in the space, on the contrary - with its variability it can harmonize the door spaces with the interior, put distracting elements in the background and support the overall character of the apartment or house.

What is unique about the Fortius 52 concept is its variability. We always propose the optimal solution in terms of door construction and frame profile – we address not only the dimensions and design, but also the surface itself, which can be provided with natural veneer, highlighted with a color from the RAL sampler, or, conversely, decorated in the same style as the plaster.
Doors are available in a range of RAL and NCS shades, natural veneers and HPL laminates. Door leaf preparation for wallpaper, painting, plastering or tiling.
